Terms & Conditions — Naomi Garcia Tattoo

Last updated: 16/10/2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any tattoo consultation, booking or service arranged through it with Naomi Garcia (“we”, “us”, “our”), working at Other World Bristol. By using this site or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who I am

Naomi Garcia Tattoo works from Other World Studio, Unit 1, Wellington Lane, Bristol BS6 5PY. You can reach me at hola@naomigarciatattoo.co.uk. The studio is step-free. Tell me if you need anything else to make your visit comfortable.

2. What I offer

Consultations, custom designs and tattoos, flash tattoos and gift vouchers, booked through this website.

3. Age and ID

You must be 18 or older to be tattooed. I may ask to see photo ID. I only look at it. I do not copy or keep it. If a booking is made for someone under 18, I will not tattoo them, and what happens to the booking fee is decided case by case.

4. Health and safety

You complete a consent form online before your appointment. Please give accurate health information. I may postpone or refuse a session if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have sunburn or broken skin on the area, have a fever or are unwell, or have had recent surgery near the area. I may also refuse or stop a session if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, ask for an unlawful or offensive design, or break these terms. If I postpone for a health reason, I will talk to you about your options. Illness and emergencies are treated case by case, as set out in section 7.

5. Prices

Prices on the website are a guide. Custom work is priced in the way that suits the design: by the piece, by the hour, or at a day or half-day rate. I always agree the price with you before I start. If a session needs more time than planned, we talk about the options before going on, and I decide case by case. If significant changes are made to the design, size or placement, the original quote may no longer apply and the final price may be adjusted.

6. Booking fee and payment

A booking fee secures your appointment: £50 for small pieces and £100 for a full-day session. It is paid in advance and is non-refundable, apart from the credit described in section 7.

Your booking fee is deducted from the final cost of your tattoo. It covers the time reserved for your appointment, and the drawing, research, preparation and administration involved in creating your tattoo. If you have booked more than one session, the fee is deducted from the final session.

The rest of the price is paid on the day of your appointment.

I accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer and payment in person. By paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

7. Cancelling or rescheduling

I need at least 10 days’ notice if you cancel or reschedule. With 10 days’ notice or more, you can either reschedule, or cancel and keep your booking fee as credit towards a future appointment.

Your credit is held for 3 months from the date of cancellation. You must give me a new appointment date within those 3 months. After that, the credit expires and a new booking fee is needed to book again.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 10 days’ notice, a new booking fee is needed. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may also need a new booking fee. In cases of illness or emergency, I decide case by case.

If I have to cancel or reschedule, I will offer you a new date. If no date works for you, I will refund your booking fee.

8. No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment without telling me beforehand, you lose your booking fee and a new one is needed to book another appointment.

9. Late arrivals

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled, depending on the circumstances. A late fee may also apply, depending on the case.

10. Custom designs

For custom tattoos, I do not send designs before your appointment. You will see your design when you arrive. I can make reasonable adjustments and small changes before we start, because I want the design to feel right for you and work well as a tattoo.

If you completely change the original concept, subject or idea you booked, this may be treated as a new design and a new booking fee may be needed, because your original fee covers the time already spent. If you bring reference images, including other artists’ work, I decide case by case whether and how I can use them.

11. Flash

Whether a flash can be tattooed on more than one person depends on the design. When you book, I will tell you if a flash is one-off. Small changes to a flash are possible. Bigger changes are not.

12. Ownership and reuse

Designs I create for you are for your personal use. You may not reuse or reproduce them, including having them tattooed by another artist, without my written permission.

13. Guests

Please ask me before you bring someone to your appointment.

14. Healing, aftercare and touch-ups

I give aftercare instructions in person, by email and on this website. Please follow them. Healing varies from person to person. A free touch-up is available within 3 months of your session. If your tattoo heals badly, get in touch and I will decide case by case what I can offer. I am not responsible for poor healing or complications that come from not following the aftercare instructions.

15. Photos of your tattoo

I only photograph or share your tattoo if you tick the permission box on the consent form. If you agree, I may post photos on Instagram, TikTok, my website portfolio, printed material and merchandise, and with other studios or magazines. I only show faces or other identifying features if you agree. You can withdraw your permission at any time by contacting me. I will stop using your photos from then on, although I cannot recall anything already printed.

16. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

17. Results and liability

I hold public liability insurance. Healing results vary, and portfolio images show my style and are not a guarantee of how your tattoo will turn out. Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, I am not liable for indirect losses, and my liability for a tattoo service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

18. This website

Prices and availability on the website may change without notice. The website content belongs to me or is used with permission, and you may not reuse it without my consent.

19. Your personal information

How I use your personal information is explained in my Privacy Policy.

20. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales. I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you pay your booking fee applies to your booking.

Questions or complaints: write to hola@naomigarciatattoo.co.uk and I will look into it.
